This hotel is a great value for money, with well-appointed rooms and a convenient location near the shopping strip and eateries in Hualien. The staff provides friendly and helpful service and the basic amenities are provided, including a well-appointed attached bathroom with 2 double/queen beds. The breakfast offered is adequate and satisfying.

Located in a busy area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and the rooms are quite spacious. Bonus: the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room had a strange smell that didn't go away throughout the entire weekend. The cleanliness was questionable with dirty hand prints and stains on the walls.

This hotel definitely offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the prime location it is situated in. It's conveniently located very close to everything, including the modern eateries in town and just a short walk to the heart of the Hualien shopping district. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making sure all your needs are taken care of. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and spacious attached bathrooms.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hualien City. the value for money was exceptional - I got more than I paid for. Secondly, the location couldn't have been more convenient, with all the modern eateries just next door and a short walk to the heart of the shopping district. And finally, the basic amenities were spot-on, including the well-appointed rooms with 2 queen beds and attached bathroom.
All was perfect.

The hotel's location is great for exploring the town. It's close to restaurants and shops, which was convenient for us during Christmas. the staff is friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi.
The bathroom was quite small and could use some renovations. the shower had low water pressure and the towels were not as fluffy as we would like.

We loved the location of the hotel, right in the town center and close to all the modern eateries in town. It was also just a short walk to the heart of the shopping district. The cleanliness of the hotel, from the room to the bathroom, was excellent. the staff were really friendly and the breakfast offered was great.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Located in a central area with access to modern eateries and shopping district of Hualien. You can have a great time walking around the town or go to the Night Market, even if you're wearing high heels. the rooms are spacious, and the staff provides guests with coffee, tea, and biscuits throughout the day.
Limited Western food options for breakfast.
